Bees Across Borders: A (Virtual) Fire Side Chat with Bumble Bee Researchers from U.S. and Iceland

In this virtual “fire side chat”, we will be joined by two bumble bee experts from the U.S. and Iceland. Dr. Avery Russell is Assistant Professor of Biology at Missouri State University and Dr. Kristján Kristjánsson is Director of Research Services at Reykjavík University in Iceland.

In this meeting, Dr. Russell and Dr. Kristjánsson will discuss their unique research and discoveries related to bumble bees, buzz pollination, and bumble bee learning and memory in both Iceland and the U.S. There will then be time for Q&A, so bring all your U.S. and Icelandic bumble bee questions and join us for this fascinating discussion about bumble bee research across borders!
