Tree Tender Walk

Join us for a tree campus tour this fall with Tree Pittsburgh! Tours will be conducted Thursday, Oct 27 at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m, covering tree identification techniques and basic care tips.

Pitt’s Tree Tender course is taught by Tree Pittsburgh and covers urban forestry practices, tree biology and health, basic tree identification, proper pruning and maintenance, and how to lead your community in organizing tree plantings and tree care.

Pitt community members can become certified for free by completing asynchronous virtual trainings and a competency quiz.
