Pitt Green Remote Offices

With many Pitt employees working hybrid schedules in person and at home, or working full-time remote, the Pitt Green Remote Office program was designed to help Pitt employees more holistically consider their home workspaces — and how tweaks to them might create a more comfortable, healthy, and productive environment that supports Pitt’s culture of sustainability. By taking the Pitt Green Remote Office self-assessment, you will be able to compare your score and carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) reductions with other employees. In this self-assessment, you’ll review your work from home practices regarding:

  • Culture of Sustainability
  • Energy
  • Eating Habits
  • Health & Well-being
  • Printing
  • Purchasing
  • Reuse
  • Transportation
  • Waste

Use this score to compare yourself to other Pitt employees to see how you stack up! This score takes into account all categories in the Pitt Green Home Office Challenge survey.

Carbon Savings

Use this score to learn how much your work from home practices are reducing your carbon footprint! This score takes into account your eating habits, energy practices, and transportation decisions.
