Lisia is from Brazil, where she received her B.S. in Animal Science from the Federal University of Technology – Paraná.

Grace Carreño-Florez

Grace is a third-year Ph.D. student at Pitt in the Microbiology and Immunology pram, and is the current sustainability coordinator for Latin American Graduate Organization of Students (LAGOS).  She believes in the necessity of living in harmony with the environment. In that sense, she is contributing to finding academic and social spaces where LAGOS could bring awareness of the importance of sustainable actions in the Pitt community.
