Meghan Orman

Meghan Orman is a doctoral student in the School of Education and the Office of Child Development at the University of Pittsburgh.

Meghan has been 1 of 2 graduate student representatives on the Chancellor’s Advisory Council since 2021 — and is simultaneously working to promote green initiatives in the School of Education, especially on the Council of Graduate Students in Education. Meghan has been Co-Chair of Pitt’s Pollinator Habitat Advisory Committee since 2022, where she works to support campus pollinator initiatives through program and event planning and educational outreach.

Meghan is also a beekeeper, gardener, Montessori teacher, runner, sports enthusiast, and traveler.
