Robin is the Director of Academic and Department Operations for the Occupational Therapy department within SHRS. In her role, she leads and supports accreditation, communications, faculty development, and student services for the department. She holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education Management from Pitt’s School of Education. With more than two decades at Pitt in roles spanning academic affairs, assessment, data analysis, degree exploration & creation, events, experiential learning, and student support, she is deeply committed to strengthening institutional effectiveness through data-driven continuous process improvement. As the principal organizer for the OT department’s Green Office program, she is excited to be a Green Ambassador to further the sustainability actions in the department, including the creation of departmental processes that integrate sustainability at all levels.
