Environmental, Social, and Governance Report, 2023-24
The University of Pittsburgh’s Investment Office has released the fourth Consolidated Endowment Fund Environmental, Social and Governance Report. The Fiscal Year 2024 report continues to enhance transparency regarding the Consolidated Endowment Fund (CEF), implementation of the University’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy, and provides an update regarding the endowment’s fossil fuel exposure.

Pitt GHG Inventory for Fiscal Year 2024
The University of Pittsburgh’s 10th annual Greenhouse Gas Inventory shows a 37.3% drop in emissions since 2008, reaffirming Pitt’s progress toward its 2030 and 2037 climate goals.

Pitt Honored for Solar Energy Leadership in Pennsylvania
On Thursday, June 5, 2025, the Pennsylvania Solar Center honored the University of Pittsburgh, one of 18 organizations from across the state, for going solar with its prestigious Lodestar Award.
