Campus as a Living Lab

We believe that creating a sustainability ethos at the University of Pittsburgh requires strategic and tactical approaches, including using the Pitt campus as a living laboratory so that every student and employee will positively interact with and be impacted by sustainability on a daily basis.

Bridging academics and operations also creates interdisciplinary teaching and research opportunities and incentives.
