The University of Pittsburgh ranked 24 out of 46 U.S. institutions in the 2024 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, which measure global universities’ success in delivering the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
The University’s’ top 4 SDGs of those submitted were:
- SDG 5 – Gender Equality
- SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
- SDG 13 – Climate Action
- SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals
