Garrett works to limit waste and increase recycling in the residence halls at Pitt Bradford. He administered the Don`t Throw It Away campaign in April and helped to create a plastic bag recycling point on-campus for students, faculty and staff. He enjoys searching the dumpsters for products that students throw away, cleaning/fixing them up, and donating them to local charities. Garrett holds a M.S. Ed in College Student Development from Alfred University and Pitt Sustainability Certificate.
