Who planted the garden?
The Pitt Grounds Crew and Conservation Club worked together on the garden design and planting of Marlie Garden. The Conservation Club at Pitt is a student organization with the mission “to enhance conservation efforts on campus through building connections between Pitt’s community and our environment”. The club has a focus on hands-on work, with the current projects of planting pollinator gardens, building bee houses, and mitigating lantern flies.
