Sustainable Art Expo at the Farmer’s Market

On April 11, 2024 the EcoArtisans (a student group from GEOL 1333sustainability class) are holding a sustainable art expo at the Farmer’s Market. The event will be held on Gallagher Plaza and the WPU Patio from 10:30am-2:00pm.

Among the sustainable art made by Pitt community members,  the Center for Creativity will be leading a sustainable art activity so you can make your own masterpiece! Additionally, there will be educational tables hosted by Plant2Plate , The Student Office of Sustainability, and Pitt Sustainability.  This event offers attendees OCC credit.

After the expo, the sustainable art will be displayed in Hillman Library to enjoy while you study for finals! The art exhibit will last until Fall 2024 and if you are unable to view the gallery in person, there will be a virtual gallery from the event available on the Pitt Sustainability Website.
