Justin Dandoy

As the Director of Community Affairs, Justin is responsible for leading University efforts and interactions with key Oakland neighborhood constituencies, monitoring and addressing community concerns in neighborhoods adjacent to campus and strengthening communications vehicles for community-facing work. At Pitt, Justin serves on the Chancellor’s Advisory Council on Sustainability and is a certified Pitt Tree Tender through Tree Pittsburgh. In the community, Justin is an EcoDistricts Accredited Professional (AP), focusing on urban development which empowers just, sustainable, and resilient neighborhoods.
